KAHEAWI 2023 Liberated Women Retreat
The path of the liberated woman is a journey of continuous discovery of the mysteries we hold. It is a rewilding of sorts, the unearthing of our innate magic that leads to our greatest power and freedom. And what a place to remember this truth, the Garden Island of Kauai! She is bursting forth with springs and waterfalls, vibrant blooms and rich mud, both gentle and thundering surf: the pinnacle of aliveness.
As facilitators who explore and appreciate this mystery, and the interface of physical form with Nature, we chose to journey here for the exhilaration, the heightened sensations and the sacred energy of this land.
Themes woven into your week will be: finding freedom within self, welcoming your highest intelligence, releasing limiting beliefs as you reclaim the life you desire, and aligning with divine destiny.
We will move our bodies to rhythm, absorb sacred sounds, experience ocean initiations, dive into heart and womb energies, explore nooks and crannies and soul landings, create art that reflects our transformation, nourish our bodies with fresh, real island produce, and more to enable this deep transmission. A mixture of recreation, fun, exploration, and both physical and spiritual nourishment, in this unmatched island atmosphere.
KAuai, Hawaii
We love Kauai as our Liberated Woman retreat destination not only for her beauty, but also for her spiritual significance. Ancient Hawaiians consider this location to be where souls enter and leave this earth plane. Heiaus or sacred ancient temples also dot the land. Visitors often remark on the feelings of peace and invigoration, which is likely due to the energy vortex present there. Some believe Hawaii is the heart chakra of the earth.
Kauia is called the Garden Isle because of her lush, verdant landscape. Fresh water seeps from cracks and springs, falls from the steep green mountains, and runs in rivers into the ocean. This makes the island ideal for growing crops, naturally bursting with tropical plants and flowers, and covered with beautiful rainforests and rainbows. Kauai's flora has had an extraordinarily long time to achieve this level of lushness and diversity.
Flow Like Water
"Kaheawai" [Ka-he-a-wai], means to flow like water. As a life giving force to all living things on this earth, water is constantly flowing. It constantly changes form, moving through our own bodies in tissues and vessels, cleansing, transporting oxygen and vital nutrients, healing. Water can move in different ways, powerfully cutting through stone, or gently cleansing in droplets of rain. Everywhere it moves, water is also storing information, a memory keeper holding images and frequencies through time.
This dance reminds us that we too are always in the process of becoming. Whether our lives are being undone or constructed within the chamber of our hearts, the element and ally of water can help us to move gracefully navigate change.
Giving Back
We feel that it is very important to appreciate all of these aspects of the Garden Isle, and to honor the spiritual significance of the Hawaiian islands in general. Please obey the laws, respect the locals, clean up after yourselves and be aware of your impact at all times. When Paige and her former husband first felt the desire to bring medical care to the North Shore of Kauai, we wanted to honor this place, her people, and make it safer for people to live on and visit this amazing place. It was a labor of love to collect funds, come to know locals who could help us, and design an urgent care facility and home. During the pandemic, the clinic barely survived financially. As part of our gratitude for being able to gather on Kauai, we will provide a service opportunity for the group.
What you will experience
A stay in Kauai would not be complete without some pristine beach time, a little hiking, and paddling the river. Staying in a beautiful home in Princeville means we will be able to eat, sleep and gather in comfort and luxury, including a backyard pool and hot tub. We have included water activations, sound vibration experiences, daily breath play and yoga, ecstatic movement, Mother Healing, and honoring of the Amrita. We believe that the women who are called to this experience of Kaheawai, will be ready for the transmissions, releases, blessings and downloads of this retreat.

Accomodations
Your home on Island is located in the pristine neighborhood of Princeville, perched above the stunning North Shore of Kauaii. The Punahele home is directly across the street from the infamous Queen’s Bath (how fitting!). This area is known for its untouched natural beauty, dramatic cliffsides views of the Pacific Ocean, and abundant rainfall and waterfalls.
A beautiful walking path provides cliffside coastal views, with the option to descend to Hideaway Beach. The perfectly manicured Makai Golfcourse is a short walk from the home, as well as a few tucked away dining spots, a grocery store and small shops.
The home is ideal for gathering, meals, swimming, sunning, resting, socializing and learning…or taking a peaceful nap or private shower. The main floor has been designed with an open, airy feel, with the great room extending directly to the pool and lanai.
A variety of bedrooms allows for a customized price point for you and the other guests, or for you and a friend. From the premier Moana Master Suite to the Semi-private Balconette, there are enough beds and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy their stay, their way:

Rachel Jones
Rachel Jones enjoys working with others to fully integrate their wellness solutions and help others who are seeking to come back into alignment with their mind, body, and soul.
Through her years of holistic experience and her own deep spiritual journey, she shares alchemy through customized retreats, programs, essential oils, and sacred sanctuary events. She helps others connect to their own inner magic and transformational well-being through living free.
Paige Kimball
Paige finds deep satisfaction in supporting women through life's transitions, particularly transformation and reclamation. Initially experienced in the nutritional and physiological aspects of enrichment, now she enjoys working in the deep belief systems, karmic and ancestral patterns, and reclaiming the perfect love and gifts inherent in each life. Her medicines include clarity, empathy, sensing womb patterns and imprints, and partnering with allies of water, mountain, tree, creation blueprint, and some plant medicines. Paige has created Wombao, an ecstatic dance process for release and reclamation, a unique womb gate painting process, and most recently the Body Resonance Method, for harmony within the body.
Christy Carter
Christy has over 25 years of experience assisting individuals, couples, and families to create much needed changes. Her compassionate, lighthearted manner brings a sense of safety and hope to difficult situations. She has worked in conflict resolution and human relations as a Court Certified Mediator, Certified NLP Life Coach, and Master Rapid Eye Therapy Technician. Her formal education is in Psychology and Communications.
Christy’s greatest role of being a Mother of 8 children and 9 grandchildren. She knows the real joys and challenges of family and balancing a playful, joyful, and fulfilling life.
Christy loves living on the Big Island of Hawaii and full of gratitude to experience the incredible beauty of the island as well as the aloha shared here. She is an adventuresome soul and always ready to experience new things.

Please arrange your flight to arrive on or before November 11th as we will begin on the night of the 11th. Our retreat ends the night of the 15th. We will provide continental breakfast the morning of the 16th and check out is 10 am.
